FOX Arrested For Arson

(DRYDEN, ON) � Members of the Dryden Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Dryden Fire Service responded to a call for service at an apartment building.
On January 8, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m., on Duke Street, in Dryden ON, members of the Dryden OPP and members of the Dryden Fire Service received a call from an individual reporting a fire at a local apartment building.
Dryden Fire Service attended the residence and located a small fire in the building. It was determined that the fire was intentionally set.
As a result of the investigation, 33-year-old, Samantha FOX, of Thunder Bay, was arrested and charged with the following offences under the criminal code:
� Arson � Damage to Property
� Failure to Comply with Undertaking � two counts
The accused has been held for bail and is scheduled to appear with the Ontario Provincial Court on January 9, 2025.
