(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) � One person has been charged with impaired driving after the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint.
On January 15, 2025, at approximately 3:08 p.m., the Iroquois Falls OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Municipal Road in Dundonald Township. Police located the vehicle and arrested the driver.
As a result of the investigation, Taylor MONTREUIL, 29 years-old, of Iroquois Falls was charged with operation while impaired � drugs.
The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver�s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and the vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins on March 13, 2025.
The OPP remains committed to ensuring Ontario roads are safe from drug-impaired and alcohol-impaired drivers.
