(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit has arrested and charged a man in relation to the October 8th arson that killed 51-year-old Ottokie Kelly.

Ahmed HOZAYEN, 30-years-old, of Ottawa, has been charged with the following:

First degree murder
Arson disregard for human life
Arson causing bodily harm
Arson causing property damage
Possession of incendiary material for arson
He will appear in court later today.
