(SUDBURY, ON) � The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a driver with both stunt and impaired driving offences.

On February 1, 2025, at approximately 1:55 p.m., the Nipissing West (Sudbury) Detachment of the OPP conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle travelling more than 50 kilometres and hour (km/h) in a posted 70 km/h zone on Maley Drive, Sudbury.

The driver was arrested for impaired driving and was transported to the OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Marc-Andre POULIT, 30 years-of-age, from Sudbury, was charged with, operation while impaired � drug, and drive motor vehicle � perform stunt � excessive speed.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on February 19, 2025, in Sudbury.

The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver�s Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for fourteen days.
