(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) � Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch, resulting in one person being arrested and criminally charged with impaired driving.
On January 31, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m., members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a report of a vehicle in the ditch, on the 21st Line in the Township of Zorra.
As a result of the investigation, Terry CLARK, 64-years-old, of the Township of Zorra has been charged with:
� Operation While Impaired
� Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on February 18, 2025.
