3 More Impaired Drivers Arrested: Name Released

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) � Members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to three separate incidents over the long weekend that have resulted in impaired driving related charges.
On February 14, 2025, at approximately 3:15 a.m., members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Curry Road in the Township of South-West Oxford.
As a result of the investigation, William WHITCROFT, a 33-years-old resident of Norfolk County has been charged with:
� Operation While Impaired
� Operation While Prohibited
� Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
� Flight From Peace Officer
� Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
The accused was held for a bail hearing and has since been remanded into custody.
On February 15, 2025, at approximately 8:10 a.m., members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Thames Street in the Town of Ingersoll.
As a result of the investigation, Kyle FRANKLIN, a 27-years-old resident of Ingersoll has been charged with:
� Operation While Impaired
� Possession of a Schedule I Substance
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on April 1, 2025.
On February 15, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. members of the Oxford OPP were called to a single vehicle collision on the westbound lanes of Highway 401 in the Township of South-West Oxford.
As a result of the investigation, Mohammed BEELUT a 36-years-old resident of Belle River has been charged with:
� Operation While Impaired
� Operation While Impaired- Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
� Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 25, 2025.
