(Ottawa) � The Ottawa Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit has charged a man following an investigation that began in October 2024.



Investigators believe that there may be other victims.



The accused approaches post-secondary international students with the ruse to help them with their immigration process.

Yesterday, Brice PIYAU, 47 years old from Ottawa, was arrested and charged with:



Sexual assault
Sexual assault with a weapon
Sexual assault with threats
Forcible confinement
Fraud under $5000
