(HOWICK, ON) � On Thursday, March 13th, 2025, members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a dispute in the Village of Wroxeter in the Township of Howick.
As a result of the investigation, OPP learned that the involved suspect had allegedly committed several criminal offences against two persons.
The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:
Jason RICHARDSON, 48 years-of-age from Howick has been charged with:
� Assault � (two counts),
� Uttering Threats to Cause Bodily Harm or Death � (two counts),
� Assault Causing Bodily Harm,
� Mischief Under $5,000,
� Operation while Prohibited.
The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, then later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice � Goderich on April 07, 2025.
