Drunk Driver Arrested In Kincardine

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On March 17, 2025, at approximately 2:54 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Sideroad 15, Municipality of Kincardine.



The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.



Cole FISICO, 27-years-old, of LaSalle, was charged with:



Operation while Impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on April 30, 2025 to answer to the charge.
