(PERTH, ON) � The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges following an intimate partner violence investigation.
Lanark County OPP officers investigated an incident at a residence in Perth on March 29 ,2025. This resulted in the arrest of a 57-year-old man from Perth.
The individual has been charged with:
� Uttering threats
� Assault � two counts.
� Fail to comply with probation- two counts.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on April 1, 2025.
The name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
