17 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) � On April 6, 2025, at approximately 2:31 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Sideroad 20, Township of Huron-Kinloss.
The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
A 17-year-old resident of Huron-Kinloss, was charged with:
Operation while Impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
Novice driver � B.A.C. above zero, HTA 44.1(3)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charges.
