Christopher ZAHORCHAK Arrested Following Collision

(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON) � The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual with impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision.

On April 5, 2025, at approximately 9:53 p.m., Huronia West OPP officers responded to a vehicle collision on Highway 26 in Clearview Township.

Officers located the vehicle at the intersection of Highway 26 and County Road 7. Officers spoke with the driver and after noticing an odour of alcohol on the driver, officers conducted an impaired driving investigation. As a result of the investigation, Christopher ZAHORCHAK, 40-year-old of Borden, was arrested and has been charged with the following:

� Operation while Impaired � Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
