WHITEHEAD Arrested AGAIN! #3Strikes

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On April 13, 2025, at approximately 8:09 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious person acting aggressively towards a homeowner, at a residential property along Highway 9, Municipality of Kincardine.

Officers attended the area and located the individual, who brandished an edged weapon towards police. The individual was eventually taken into custody without injury to the subject or to responding officers.

As a result of the investigation, Michael WHITEHEAD, 30-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine has been charged with:

� Assault police with a weapon, CC 270.01(1)(a)

� Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, CC 88

� Fail to comply with Probation, 733.1(1) � four counts

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
