45 Year Old From Kincardine Arrested � Details Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On April 8, 2025, at approximately 6:07 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Highway 21, Municipality of Kincardine.
After speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of approximately 40g of suspected cocaine. The driver was transported for further testing.
On April 9, 2025, the South Bruce OPP, the Grey-Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), and Huron-Perth CSCU, executed a search warrant in relation to this matter at an address in the Municipality of Kincardine. The search resulted in the seizure of suspected illicit drugs and prohibited weapons.
Mark MCINTOSH, 45-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:
Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, CDSA 5(2)
Possession of a schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)
Possession of a prohibited device, CC 92(2)
Fail to comply with undertaking, CC 145(4)(a)
Careless driving, HTA 130(1)
The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
