(TOWNSHIP OF THE NORTH SHORE, ON)- On-going neighbour dispute results in an arrest.

On Saturday April 12, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported neighbour dispute on Wagoosh Lake Road in the Township of the North Shore (Spragge).

The investigation determined that an individual approached the complainant�s property line, began yelling at the complainant without provocation, and made a threat to burn down the complainant�s garage.

As a result, Jackie MCCOLL, 48 years-of-age from Spragge was charged with: Uttering threats-damage property.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on June 5, 2025.
