(KINGSVILLE, ON) � Essex County OPP has charged an individual as a result of a break and enter investigation in Kingsville.
On April 12, 2025, at 12:14 p.m., members of the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), OPP Canine (K9) and OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) were dispatched to an abandoned building at 125 Talbot Street West in Kingsville, Essex County, for the report of a break and enter in progress.
An individual was located within the building and placed under arrest.
As a result, Mark GRIEVE a 40-year-old of Kingsville, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
Break, Enter a place � with intent to commit indictable offence
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on May 21, 2025.
