Fatal Collision on Hwy 11

(GREENSTONE, ON) � On April 12, 2025, shortly after 11:30 a.m., members of the Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on Highway 11 east of Longlac involving a commercial motor vehicle and a passenger vehicle. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two others were taken to hospital. The highway has since reopened.

The Greenstone OPP is seeking the public�s assistance in gathering information related to this collision. Officers are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dash cam footage from the area at the time. Any information, no matter how small, could be valuable to the ongoing investigation.
