5 More Impaired Drivers Arrested � Names Released

(KENORA, ON) � The Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to take impaired drivers off local roads. Between April 11 and April 15, 2025, officers responded to multiple incidents involving suspected impaired drivers. As a result, five individuals were arrested and charged in separate occurrences throughout the Kenora area.
Each incident resulted in criminal charges under the Criminal Code:
On April 11, 2025, shortly after 12:00 p.m., officers responded to a traffic complaint in Whitedog First Nation. As a result, 44-year-old Matthew MUCKLE of Whitedog First Nation, Ontario, was arrested and charged with:

On April 11, 2025, shortly after 10:00 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Matheson Street South after observing a vehicle driving unsafely. As a result, 24-year-old Serena SINCLAIR of Kenora, Ontario was arrested and charged with:

On April 13, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., officers conducted a RIDE program on Railway Street in Kenora. As a result, 61-year-old Shelley MOSIONIER of Kenora, Ontario, was arrested and charged with:

On April 14, 2025, at approximately 2:50 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop to check for sobriety on Main Road West in Whitedog First Nation. As a result, 47-year-old Joseph BOYD of Whitedog First Nation, Ontario, was arrested and charged with:

On April 15, 2025, at approximately 2:50 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Lakeview Drive in Kenora after observing a vehicle not maintaining it�s lane. As a result, 19-year-old Rylan CHAPMAN of Kleefeld, Manitoba, was arrested and charged with:
