Brett HAGAN Arrested Following Collision

(BROCKTON, ON) � On April 28, 2025, at approximately 9:08 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Highway 21, Municipality of Kincardine.



On arrival, officers observed a single motor vehicle had entered the ditch. The driver departed the scene but was located shortly thereafter. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. They were placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Brett HAGAN, 21-years-old, of the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie was charged with:

Impaired Operation, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on June 18, 2025.
