19 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested

(BROCKTON, ON) � On May 3, 2025, at approximately 3:28 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) along Concession 8, Municipality of Brockton.

A vehicle entered the area where police then spoke with the driver. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

Owen BREEN, 19-years-old, resident of Brockton, was charged with:

Operation while impaired � B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
Novice driver � B.A.C. above zero, HTA 44.1(3)
The accused is set to appear on May 28, 2025, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
