(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) � On May 14, 2025, at approximately 8:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce Road 10, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

On arrival, officers observed a single motor vehicle had left the roadway and rolled. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver.



Mitchell GRAVEL, 24-years-old, of Orangeville was charged with:

Impaired Operation, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on June 25, 2025.
