(PETAWAWA, ON) � An individual is facing a Criminal Code (CC) impaired driving charge after an incident in the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment area.

On May 10, 2025, at approximately 10:15 p.m., members of the UOV OPP responded after a possible impaired driver was reported in Petawawa. Officers located the driver and vehicle parked at a business on Petawawa Boulevard. As part of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was utilized, and the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.



As a result of this incident 32-year-old Blake BYBLOW has been charged with the following CC offences:

� Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration 80mg plus

The accused had their driver�s licence suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on June 10, 2025.
