29 Year Old From Brockton Arrested

(BROCKTON, ON) � On May 16, 2025, at approximately 10:54 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint for a vehicle travelling on Bruce Road 19, Municipality of Brockton.
Officers attended the area and located the subject vehicle. When speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The individual was arrested and transported for further testing.
Christopher FERGUSON, 29-years-old, resident of Brockton, was charged with:
Operation while impaired � B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)
The accused is set to appear on June 25, 2025, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
