33 Year Old From Kincarding Arrested Again #RepeatOffender

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On May 22, 2025, at approximately 6:54 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a break and enter to a residence along Kincardine Avenue, Municipality of Kincardine.



Officers attended the area and discovered that an individual had broken into a rear door to the residence to gain entry while occupants were inside. They were placed into custody without incident.

As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old resident of Kincardine was charged with:

Break, enter a dwelling house � CC 348(1)(a)
Fail to comply with probation order � CC 733.1(1)
The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
