(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) � Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment were called to the eastbound lanes of Highway 401, near Folden�s Line for the report of an altercation between two drivers.
On June 3, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of Oxford OPP investigated an incident involving a transport truck driver and a pick-up truck driver.
As a result of the investigation, the transport truck driver, Paramvir KHAIRA, 35-years-old, of Whitby has been charged with:
� Dangerous Operation
� Assault with A Weapon
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on July 29, 2025.
No injuries were reported.
