(IROQUOIS FALLS, ON) � A neighbour dispute leads to threats and mischief charges.



On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Iroquois Falls OPP responded to a neighbour dispute on Sunset Bay Road in Iroquois Falls.

As a result of the investigation, Scott MACDONALD, 53 years-old, of Iroquois Falls has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Uttering threats � cause death or bodily harm � three counts
Mischief � obstructs, interrupts or interferes with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property � two counts
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday, June 24, 2025, in Timmins.
