19 Year Old From Chatsworth Arrested

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) � The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charge a Chatsworth resident with two criminal charges stemming from an impaired driving investigation.



On June 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP were made aware of a single motor vehicle collision, involving a truck losing control and landing into a nearby ditch off Minto Street North within Clifford.

As a result of the investigation, Jesse JUONI, a 19-year-old of Chatsworth is charged under the Criminal Code with:

Operation while impaired � alcohol and drugs
Failure or refusal to comply with demand
There were no injuries as a result of the collision.

A 90-day Administrative Driver�s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice � Guelph on June 24, 2025.
