(GREATER NAPANEE, ON) Lennox and Addington (L&A) County Detachment members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one person following a complaint in a parking lot.
On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, shortly before 5:00 p.m., L&A County OPP members attended the parking lot of a Greater Napanee business after a member of the public observed the driver pouring alcohol into a cup. Police located the vehicle and the driver was arrested. Breath testing at the detachment showed alcohol levels that were nearly four times the legal limit.
Brady BOWEN, a 35-year-old from Greater Napanee, was charged with:
Operation while impaired alcohol
Operation while impaired over 80 mgs of alcohol
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on July 8, 2025. Their drivers licence was suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded.
