41 Year Old From Huron-Kinloss Arrested

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On June 25, 2025, at approximately 3:24 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance at a campsite along Jordan Road, Municipality of Kincardine.
Police attended and learned that a dispute had taken place between two individuals; one of which had then operated a motor vehicle. In speaking with the individual, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. They were taken into custody and transported for further testing.
As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old resident of Huron-Kinloss, was charged with:
Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
Uttering threats, CC 264.1(1)(a)
Take motor vehicle without consent, CC 335(1)
The accused is set to appear on July 16, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
