(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) � On April 3, 2025, at approximately 10:16 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lucknow Fire Department, and the Kincardine Fire Department responded to a structure fire at a residential property along Bruce Road 86, Township of Huron-Kinloss. The fire was deemed to be suspicious in nature.

As a result of the investigation, on June 27, 2025, the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit made an arrest in relation to this matter.

Keith DIETRICH, 49-years-old, resident of the City of Toronto, has been charged with:



Arson, CC 434
Break, enter a place with intent to commit an indictable offence, CC 348(1)(a)
Use, deals, acts on forged document, CC 368(1)(a)
Theft of electricity or gas, CC 326(1)(a)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on July 16, 2025, to answer to the charges.
