(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) � Kincardine resident faces four criminal charges in relation to an intimate partner violence investigation.

On June 27, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at an address within Guelph-Eramosa Township.

As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old of Kincardine is charged under the Criminal Code with the following:



Assault with a weapon � spousal (two counts)
Assault � spousal
Mischief � domestic
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice � Guelph at a later date.

The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
