(TECUMSEH, ON)- Tecumseh Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment with the assistance of the Essex County OPP Crime Unit is investigating an assault in the Town of Tecumseh.
On June 29, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers responded to the report of an assault on Arlington Boulevard near Hayes Avenue in Tecumseh. The victim sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
As a result, David BAILLARGEON, 56 years of age of Windsor, has been charged with:

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice -Windsor on August 5, 2025.
Essex County OPP is continuing to investigate the incident and is seeking the public�s assistance. Anyone who may have been in the area of Arlington Boulevard and Hayes Avenue between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on June 29th, that has dashcam or anyone in the area who has home surveillance is being asked to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
