54 Year Old From Kincardine Arrested

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) � On July 1, 2025, at approximately 11:08 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Bruce Road 6 east of Ripley, Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Police attended and discovered that a pick-up truck had entered the ditch, the driver departed prior to police arrival.

As a result of the investigation, Rodney HUSK, 54-years-old, resident of the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged with:



Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)
Fail to remain, HTA 200(1)(a)
Fail to report accident, HTA 199(1)
The accused is set to appear on August 13, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
