(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) � An individual is facing multiple charges following a threats-related incident in Simcoe.
On Monday, September 22, 2025, at approximately 6:34 p.m., members of the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of threats on Robinson Street in Simcoe.
The investigation determined that a group of individuals had been involved in an interaction during which one person made threats of harm while in possession of an edged weapon.
Officers located the suspect nearby and took them into custody without incident.
As a result, 32-year-old Jimmy FELTON of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offences:
Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose,
Disobeying order of court,
Fail to comply with Probation Order,
Uttering threats � cause death or bodily harm � three counts.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
