Arrest In Hensall � Details Released

(BLUEWATER, ON) � Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Bluewater resident with Prohibited Driving along with other offences following a traffic stop on October 6th, 2025.
On Monday, October 6th, just after noon, Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in the Village of Hensall, Municipality of Bluewater.
The investigating officer confirmed that the male driver was prohibited from driving under the Criminal Code and was subsequently placed under arrest and taken into custody.
Ryley INGHAM, 24 years-of-age from Bluewater, has been charged with:
� Operation while Prohibited.
The accused was additionally charged with three offences found in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), three offences found in the Off-Road Vehicles Act (ORVA), one offence found in the Trespass to Property Act (TPA), and one offence found in the Railway Safety Act (RSA).
The ATV involved was towed and impounded for 45 days.
The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for December 1st, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice � Goderich.
