(BANCROFT, ON) � Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a driver after locating a vehicle in the ditch.
On Sunday, November 9, 2025, just before 10:30 p.m., Bancroft OPP officers attended the scene of the collision. Officers located the driver of the vehicle a short time later at which time they were arrested. The driver was transported to the detachment for testing.
As a result, Cristopher ROBINSON, a 44-year-old resident of Bancroft, has been charged with:
Fail to comply with probation order
Refusal to comply with demand
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on December 2, 2025.
