(HALDIMAND COUNTY) � A driver was arrested following a traffic stop on Diltz Road, Dunnville.
The investigation determined that shortly after midnight on November 13, 2025, an individual operating a motorcycle was observed travelling at what appeared to be a high rate of speed.
A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver was subsequently taken into custody.
Thomas STEVENSON, 40-years-old of Dunnville has been charged with the following offences:

Operation While Prohibited Under the Criminal Code
Driving While Under Suspension
Fail to Surrender Insurance Card
Fail to Surrender Permit for Motor Vehicle
Red Light at Front
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on December 16, 2025.
