$30,000 Drug Bust

(SUDBURY, ON) � Three individuals are facing multiple charges following a drug trafficking investigation, resulting in the seizure of cocaine, oxycodone and a loaded handgun with an estimated combined value of $30,380.

This investigation was led by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), in partnership with the Greater Sudbury Police Service (GSPS) Drug Enforcement Unit. On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, search warrants were executed at two locations in Sudbury on Highway 69 and Bancroft Drive by members from:



� OPP OCEB

� GSPS DEU

� GSPS Canine

� OPP North East Region Communtiy Street Crime Unit

� OPP Nipissing West Detachment

Officers seized suspected cocaine, oxycodone pills, a handgun with a loaded magazine and one round chambered, six cellular telephones, a knife and $150 in Canadian currency.

As a result of the investigation, three individuals were arrested and charged with offences under the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Terrell CAIN, 27 years-of-age, of Scarborough was charged with:

� Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking � cocaine

� Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

The above accused was held in custody for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury.

Trinity SIMON, 24 years-of-age, of Sudbury was charged with:

� Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking � cocaine

The above accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on December 10, 2025.

Christian ZAKRZEWSKI, 24 years-of-age, of Unionville was charged with:

� Unauthorized possession of a restricted firearm

� Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm

� Careless storage of a firearm

� Possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle

� Unauthorized possession of a prohibited device

� Possession of a schedule I substance � oxycodone

The above accused was held in custody for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury.
