Cohen STORIE-HEIN Arrested After Multi-Vehicle Collision

(ADDINGTON HIGHLANDS, ON) � Lennox and Addington County members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one person with impaired driving related charges recently.
On Saturday November 29, 2025, shortly after 3:00 p.m., L&A County OPP members were advised of a traffic complaint involving a vehicle travelling northbound on Highway 41 in Addington Highlands at a high rate of speed and driving erratically. Shortly afterwards, police received another call advising that the same vehicle had narrowly missed several pedestrians and struck two parked cars on Highway 41 in the community of Northbrook. Police attended, and the driver was arrested.
Cohen STORIE-HEIN, a 21-year-old from Arnprior, was charged with:
� Operation while impaired � alcohol
� Failure or refusal to comply with demand
� Dangerous operation
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on December 16, 2025. Their driver�s licence was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was impounded.
