21 Year Old Arrested In Kincardine

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On January 4, 2026, at approximately 11:35 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 9 in the Municipality of Kincardine.
Police attended the location and discovered a collision involving three vehicles. One of the involved vehicles had crossed the centre line into the path of oncoming traffic. After speaking with that driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and taken to a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) for further testing. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries as a result of the collision.
Mohammad ARSH, 21-years-old, of Brampton, was charged with:
Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on February 18, 2026, to answer to the charge.
