Nicolas St. GERMAIN-RAYAN Was Arrested On Snowmobile Trail

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) � The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged one person with possession of stolen property while on snowmobile patrol.

On Sunday January 4, 2026, at approximately 1:55 p.m., members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, were conducting snowmobile patrol on an Ontario Federation Snowmobile Clubs trail, from Sturgeon Falls to River Valley, West Nipissing.

Police conducted a stop with a snowmobile and arrested the operator for being in possession of a stolen snowmachine.

Nicolas St. GERMAIN-RAYAN, 26 years-of-age, from West Nipissing was charged with possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on February 5, 2026, in North Bay.
