(HALDIMAND COUNTY) � An individual is facing charges following a report of a suspicious person in Haldimand County.
On January 8, 2026, at approximately 1:00 a.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious person attempting to enter vehicles on Maple Street, Dunnville.
The individual was located and taken into custody.
Jeremy LORD, 26-years-old of Dunnville has been charged with the following offences:
� Theft Under $5000
� Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
� Failure to Comply with Release Order � Other Than to Attend Court
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga today.
