(BRANT, ON) � A driver is facing impaired charges after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
On Saturday, February 7, 2026, at approximately 9:18 p.m., Brant County OPP were called to 403 Highway West east of Muir Road to investigate a single motor vehicle collision in the County of Brant.
Police charged Blake RUSSELL 20-years-old, of Mississauga, Ontario with the following Criminal Code offences:
Operation While Impaired � Alcohol and Drugs
Operation While Impaired � Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on February 27th, 2026.
