Repeat Offender Arrested In Hanover

On Friday, April 17th, 2026, members of the Hanover Police Service while on patrol observed a 35-year-old man of no fixed address hanging around a residence he was on conditions not to attend. The man was told that he was under arrest, and he began to actively resist officers� efforts to take him into custody. The man was eventually arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with Failure to Comply with a Release Order, Breaching his Probation and Resisting Arrest. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Walkerton.
