On April 23, 2026, detectives from our Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) concluded an investigation into individuals believed to be trafficking illicit drugs in our community. Detectives with the assistance of our Emergency Response Unit (ERU) and K9 Unit executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrants at residences on Ste. Detectives did not locate any drugs at the Louis Street residence, however, two of the individuals inside the residence were wanted on outstanding arrest warrants. The other four individuals were released unconditionally.
